Shipping Orders often come with substantial shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties that cannot be reclaimed once the item has been shipped.

Shipping items for return poses a risk of damage, making it hard to guarantee the condition of the item upon receipt.

Our company is not responsible for issues such as product user error, dissatisfaction with the on product due to personal reasons or product/size selection, except for the cases specified. After the product is returned and our company received the products, the expenses such as commission and bank expenses of our company will be deducted from the amount and the product amount paid to the customer's account is refunded. We continue to work to provide you with the best service in international export conditions. Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, contact us within 1 week so we can assess the issue and find a solution.
